A Credit Check will always be performed

• If a deposit is required, customers may pay a deposit in full or half over the phone, or at a payment location within 24 hours

• Become proficient with the Deposit Waiver options offered

• Customer welcome email will contain the phone number and email address for D2D SWAT deposit waivers

• Evidence for deposit waivers should only be sent by the customer to SWAT. A vendor or agent should NEVER collect, send, or store customer PII information
