Face-to-face solicitation is the ONLY approved form of solicitation for Vistra Corp residential field sales.
  • All interactions, solicitations, and engagements must occur at the customer’s service address.

  • Enrollments must be completed by the account holder or their spouse.

  • Customers must have a smartphone and a valid email to complete an enrollment.

  • If documents are required, they must be sent by the customer to the correct team to complete enrollment.

  • DO NOT create a new email if the customer does not have one.


*All other forms of solicitations (including but not limited to telephonic or online attempts) are NOT allowed.
