Referrals
Prospect referred by another TXU customer or if the sales agent is no longer in the area.
Agent must provide the customer with a clean template and email for the referral process:
Delete or remove ALL information belonging to other potential customers before sharing the template
Duplicate or mismatching customer data may lead to orders not worked.
Inform the customer they must provide a working phone number for a callback

The potential customer MUST be the one to send the referral email to the Referral Team. The door-to-door agent or any other representative is NOT permitted to initiate the enrollment on behalf of the referred customer.
